Natural Fibre to Thicken the Milk
Carob bean gum is a natural fibre that thickens the stomach contents by absorbing water, helping the contents to stay in the stomach. This is a basic dietary recommendation for regurgitation.

Sterilise all utensils you will be using and wash your hands thoroughly.

Boil infant-grade water. Let it cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes to approximately 40°C.

Pour the corresponding amount of boiled water (see table on the packaging) into a sterilised baby bottle. Do not use re-boiled water.

Add the corresponding amount of powder to the bottle with water (see table). Always use the provided measuring scoop to measure out the infant milk.

Immediately after closing the bottle, shake it thoroughly for 10 seconds horizontally and 10 seconds vertically. Then wait 3–5 minutes for the milk to thicken. The teat will need a larger opening.

Before feeding, check the temperature of the milk mixture by dropping it on the inside of your wrist and serve.
