Tulsi honey+chamomile BIO
The combination of delicate chamomile, fennel and honey, together with holy basil known as "Tulsi", creates a blend with a subtly sweet taste and a pleasant aroma. The herbs come from certified organic farming.
Holy basil (Ocimum sanctum), known as "Tulsi", is a renowned Ayurvedic herb with a distinctly aromatic and delicious taste. It supports the immune system and normal respiratory function. It also has antioxidant effects, promotes vitality and protects against stress.
Ingredients
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), honey flavouring.
Preparation
Place a teabag or a teaspoon of loose tea into a cup and pour over boiling water. Leave to infuse for five to ten minutes.
Dosage
For the most intensive effect, drink three to five cups a day.
