Tulsi, or holy basil, supports the immune and respiratory systems, contributing to physical activity and greater vitality. It has a positive effect when travelling and is an antioxidant. Moringa (Moringa oleifera) helps to maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Ingredients
Moringa Oleifera, Cymbopogon Citratus, Ocimum Sanctum, Ocimum Basilicum.
Preparation
Place one teabag in a cup and pour over boiling water. Leave to infuse for five to ten minutes.
Dosage
For the most intense effect, drink three to five cups a day.
