Dates provide a sweet base, while pineapple and raisins add juiciness and fullness. Citrus zest and orange slices add refreshing notes, while mandarin peel and calendula bring a subtle harmony.
The preparation of fruit tea is very easy. You will need 10 g of tea per 0.5 l pot, pour water at 95 °C and leave to infuse for 2 to 8 minutes. The time is indicative and it is a good idea to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. If you like stronger teas, use more tea leaves or extend the steeping time.
