Using a Japanese whisk called a chasen, begin to gently stir the powder, first slowly in a circular motion and then from edge to edge. Once the tea is free of lumps and foam appears on the surface, the tea is ready to serve.
If you refrain from ceremonial preparation, you can also prepare matcha simply (on the go) in a shaker. Pour the desired amount of matcha into the shaker, add cold water and shake everything. We can, for example, add to the drink. add a few drops of lemon.
