A mixture of Moroccan Nana mint (Mentha spicata) and Chinese Gunpowder tea is a traditional drink in Morocco, which is served strong and sweetened at the same time. The Tuareg tea blend can also be prepared in a chilled version, giving you a very refreshing and invigorating drink. Tuareg blend wrapped in an elegant box will also make a suitable gift.
To prepare a 0.5 litre pot of green tea, pour 10-12 g of tea over 80 °C water and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. If you prefer a stronger infusion, use more tea leaves, or you can extend the steeping time.
