A blend of special black tea (sometimes also called red) Puerh with bits of dried ginger with a distinctly earthy, thick and slightly spicy taste and aroma. A tea blend with no added flavours, based purely on the resulting taste of the individual ingredients.

Puerh tea is a sought-after tea specialty with a wide range of positive effects, which it obtains thanks to a special production process (the exact wording of which is carefully protected by the producers) involving repeated long fermentation. For the multiple beneficial effects obtained in this way, which are even beyond the positive effects of other teas from the Camelia sinensis plant, it is often called "Chinese penicillin".
Ingredients
Puerh black tea 70%, ginger root 30%.
Preparation
2 teaspoons of tea per 0.5 l of water, pour over 100 ºC water, infusion time 3-8 min (depending on the desired intensity of the infusion).
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
