A traditional drink of the Tuareg people
A blend of strong Gunpowder green tea and dried mint, with a characteristically astringent, slightly bitter and distinctly refreshing minty taste and aroma. The blend is suitable for preparing the traditional drink of the nomadic Tuareg people, which is particularly popular in Arab countries where it is enjoyed heavily sweetened with sugar in the heat. The tea is perfect for a morning or early afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
Green tea Gunpowder 70%, Moroccan mint 30%
Preparation
Use 3 teaspoons of tea for 0.5L of water, pour over with water at 80°C (let boiled water stand for about 2 minutes), and infuse for 5–7 minutes (depending on the desired final intensity of the brew). The tea can be infused multiple times (one serving can be re-brewed; for each subsequent infusion, increase the water temperature by a few degrees).
