The leaves are gently air-dried and ground using millstones to retain their vibrant colour, delicate texture and naturally sweet, rich umami flavour. The product is packed in a resealable bag so it retains its freshness. This pure, non-GMO matcha makes it easy to prepare a delicious tea or creamy matcha latte just the way you like it.
Ingredients
100% ceremonial matcha.
Preparation
Whisk 1-2 g of matcha with 60 ml of water until it foams. Use a bamboo whisk, blender or hand whisk to whip the milk. To prepare latte, add milk, to prepare tea add more water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
