Refectocil Lightening Paste Blonde 15 ml

Use:
Mix 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant and 2 cm of shade from the tube in a small bowl to form a creamy paste. Apply the colour to the eyebrows or eyelashes and leave it on for 5 - 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity of the colour shade. After the time has elapsed, use a dry cotton swab to remove any residual colour from the eyelashes or eyebrows. Carefully remove the protective paper. Use a moistened cotton swab to remove any residual paint from the leather.
