Directions for use:
The essential oil can be used in several ways. For inhalation, add 2 to 8 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on the size of the room and the desired intensity of the fragrance. You can also put a few drops on a paper tissue and inhale the scent directly. For massage, mix the essential oil with 50ml of a vegetable oil. The recommended concentration ranges from 0.25% (approximately 2 drops) to 1% (8 drops). For an aromatic bath, mix 1 to 3 drops in a carrier base, for example, 100ml of milk, a teaspoon of honey or a vegetable oil, and then add to a full bath.
