Preparation
You will find Samahan classified as a tea, but it is not prepared by infusion. It is a highly concentrated herbal preparation in the form of a powder that is diluted with liquid. If you feel that your body is weak and you need to strengthen your immunity, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 100 ml of hot water or tea. If you just want to warm up or strengthen yourself as a preventive measure, you can dissolve 1 sachet in 250 ml of hot water.
Recommended dosage
The optimal daily doses are max. 4 bags. Do not water Samahan with boiling water. But you can also mix it in any other liquid, for example milk, vegetable drink or coffee. Samahan can be used by all age groups, just give only half of the sachet dissolved to children under 5 years old. For prevention, 1 sachet per day is recommended, up to 10 sachets per day if necessary.
