Preparation
Add 8g of tea to a 500ml teapot and pour over water heated to 80°C. Let it infuse for 2–3 minutes. You can also use the tea to prepare a second infusion. For this one, pour over water heated to 90°C and let it infuse for 3 minutes. For a stronger tea, use a larger amount of the tea blend, hotter water, or extend the infusion time.
