The blend contains, for example, cinnamon bark and white willow bark (traditionally used for pain relief) and lemon balm and vervain (known for their relaxing and soothing effects). Thanks to these herbs, the tea contributes to overall relaxation, relaxation and psychological well-being during tension.

Recommended dosage

Preparation
Pour 0.35 litres of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
