Ingredients
White birch leaf, bird's-foot trefoil, St. John's wort, lichen larger seed, without a black flower, goldenrod - celery goldenrod inflorescence, Bearberry leaf, thorny needle root.
Preparation
Pour 0.35 litres of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
Recommended dosage
We recommend drinking 2-3 times a day.
