Ingredients
Stinging nettle, dandelion leaf, Daisy flower, calendula flower, yarrow root, elm bud.
Recommended dosage
We recommend drinking 2-3 times a day.
Preparation
Pour 0.35 litres of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain.
