Herbal tea combines herbs rich in vitamins and minerals, as well as fruits that provide an amazing taste. Active ingredients
- Blackberry leaves, because in addition to its amazing taste, it is also rich in tannins, vitamins, minerals and mucus that facilitates coughing.
- Rosehip, because it is a great source of immunity-boosting vitamin C and you will also find a full spectrum of minerals, flavonoids, or rutin in it.
- Elderberries, which, due to their high content of individual vitamins and minerals, are perfect for long winter evenings when various respiratory diseases are rampant outside.
- Orange peel, which, in addition to vitamins and minerals, also contains aromatic essences, which give tea an unmistakable taste and perfume your entire apartment.
- Lemongrass contains citral, a terpene known for its antimicrobial effects.
- Hibiscus, which, in addition to giving the pickle a beautiful colour, is also rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene.
- Calendula contains salicylic acid, essential oils, glycosides and flavonoids.

Preparation
Simply pour one to two teaspoons of the mixture into 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. We then recommend straining the tea and drinking it while it is still warm. You can safely enjoy more than one per day and you will definitely love it due to its great taste. Orange and lemongrass provide a wonderful citrus aroma, hibiscus and marigold provide a beautiful red-yellow colour, and the other ingredients provide an intense herbal-fruity flavor. In inclement weather, we recommend serving the tea with a teaspoon of honey, which will enhance its flavor even more.
