The membrane regulates the moisture inside the bag, extending the freshness of the stored bread. The cotton outer layer also contributes to this. No additional fillings are needed for the bag. It is made in the Invala sheltered workshop in the Czech Republic.

The TERPENIX Zembag bag is easy to use. It is suitable for unsliced sourdough or standard bread, which should be placed inside with the flat side down to keep it moist for longer. Always close the bag securely; you can also fold it over to enhance its seal. Do not put hot or freshly baked, damp, frozen, mouldy, hard, or stale bread, toast, or other pastries in it. Every so often, turn the TERPENIX Zembag bag inside out and air it. It can also be machine washed at 30°C with a maximum of 800 rpm.
