Tommee Tippee Advanced Electric Steam Steriliser

The Tommee Tippee Supersteam electric steam steriliser allows you to always have clean baby bottles to hand. And not just bottles - you can sterilise pacifiers or individual breast pump parts in it. In addition, the cycle lasts only 5 minutes, during which time all bacteria are destroyed by the high temperature. The sterilizer has a capacity of 6 bottles with accessories. In a closed sterilizer, the bottles will remain sterile for up to 24 hours. The package includes an electric steriliser with removable stand, a Tommee Tippee 0-6m silicone teat and teat nippers.

Safety warnings and use of the steam sterilizer

Children must not play with the appliance.
This device is intended for home use only. Do not use outdoors.
Before connecting the sterilizer to the mains for the first time, check the label on the bottom of the unit to ensure that the recommended electrical voltage is in line with the mains voltage.
Before starting the unit, make sure that water has been poured into the drive unit. Do not immerse in water.
Protect against fire, electrical discharge or injury and never immerse the drive unit, power cord or other cables in water or other liquids.
Improper use of the product can lead to fire, electrical shock and/or injury.
Do not put the base with the plug in the dishwasher.
The device is not intended for children.
Keep the appliance and the power cord out of the reach of children.
The appliance may only be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or with a lack of experience and knowledge, under the supervision of another person or after instructions on the safe use of the appliance and the dangers associated with its use have been given by the person responsible for their safety.
Children do not understand the dangers of using electrical equipment. Never let children use this device. Other than cleaning and descaling, no other maintenance is required. Cleaning and maintenance of the device must not be carried out by children.
Use: Fill the base of the Tommee Tippee Supersteam steriliser with 80 ml of water. Place all the tools in the two-tier stand, put the lid on and switch on the device. Depending on the hardness of the water, descale the sterilizer regularly (every 14-28 days).
Before sterilising, wash all feeding bottles and accessories with soapy water or in the dishwasher (top holder only) to remove milk residue. To wash them, unscrew them completely, to sterilize them screw off the teat and the plastic ring.
Step 1: Place on a flat, heat-resistant work surface. Pour exactly 80 ml of water into the base. Tommee Tippee bottles have a handy 80 ml measuring cup. Step 2: Insert the bottom holder into the base of the sterilizer with the logo on the right side facing forward. Step 3: Place the bottles, neck down, into the grips on the removable holder. There are also handles for the anticollision valves. Step 4: Place the upper bracket on the lower bracket. Step 5: Place the teats screwed onto the plastic rings on the upper holder. It is important that there is no cap on the teat. Step 6: Place the lids on the tabs on the top holder so that they are above the teats with the rings but not firmly seated on the teats. Step 7: Place the lid on the base and plug into the mains. Step 8: Press the switch to start. The yellow indicator light will come on. This indicates that the sterilizer is in the heating phase and will start sterilizing when the required temperature is reached. Step 9: After sterilization is complete, the indicator light stops. Step 10: A switch is located on the device in case you need to manually stop sterilization in the middle of a cycle. If you do so, you must then start sterilisation from the beginning, as the contents of the device will not be sterilised. Step 11: After the sterilization cycle is complete, allow the unit to cool for at least 5 minutes before opening. It is recommended that you grasp the lid by the two side handles, lift it vertically to clear the top bracket, and then tilt it to allow the water to drain. Step 12: In a closed sterilizer, the contents will remain sterile for 24 hours.
Step 13: Wash your hands thoroughly before handling sterilized items. Take extra care, objects may be hot. Remove sterilized items.
Step 14: The holders can be used separately as a drip holder or sterile pad.
Step 15: To reduce limescale build-up, drain and dry the cooled unit after each use.
