A Boy Named Christmas

The story is about a magical white-haired bearded man who brings presents to children at Christmas. Who would have thought that he, too, was a little boy once upon a time? His name was Nikolas, he was born at Christmas and grew up in a poor family somewhere in Finland. He soon lost his mother, and one day Papa set out with other men far to the north to bring the king proof that elves existed. When he didn't return for a long time, Nikolas went looking for him. And this is actually just the beginning of a great adventure in which elves, reindeer, trolls and goblins all play an important role, and at the end of which the world is a much happier and more magical place thanks to Nikolas. < br> < br> The highly successful book has been translated into nearly 30 languages and has been adapted into a film.
