A loose sequel to the author's successful and wise book Exotem on this Earth
This audiobook by the well-known Salesian priest and Bible scholar and educator is a loose sequel to the author's successful and wise book, Exotic on This Earth. Stories from Heryán's priestly ministry, full of encounters with a variety of people from all walks of life, are interwoven with the author's distinctive interpretation of biblical stories.
Heryán seeks and finds surprising parallels between the world of biblical messages and the sometimes painful life paths of his friends. The unifying leitmotif of the audiobook is the theme of God's generosity. Its awareness leads one to joy, freedom and also the desire to contribute one's own work to help other people, even the smallest, the most lonely, the most marginalized. Ladislav Heryán shows, that true generosity and mercy, that the Bible talks about, can come through everyone, who believe that it is possible to help without prejudice, all sorts of "buts", "when" and "if".
