Act on Accounting

The Accounting Act undergoes standard amendments, in this publication you will find the full text of the Act effective from 1 January 2020, supplemented by an introductory commentary by the President of the Association of Accountants of the Czech Republic Magdalena Králové and the Vice President of the Association of Accountants of the Czech Republic Miloslav Hejret. Both authors represent the accounting profession on the National Accounting Council.

The Act applies to all accounting entities, both business and non-business entities. Their work allows the authors to be present at the creation of accounting regulations and to perceive the influences of the lawmaker, academia and practice. The publication will be appreciated by all accountants and other professionals who work with accounting data and financial reporting in their practice.
