All the President' s Men - DVD

Lights are on in the Watergate building and four robbers are caught in the act. That night began a wave of revelations that cost the US presidency office.
Washington reporters Bob Woodward ( Robert Redford ) and Carl Bernstein ( Dustin Hoffman ) took up the story and did not give it up in the face of doubt, rejection and intimidation. All the president' s men are their story.

A film made by Alan J. Pakula, according to Woodward' s book with Bernstein, won four Oscars in 1976: For Best Supporting Actor (Jason Robards), adapted screenplay, set design and sound. The film is also a picture of a journalistic practice that aims to get a story - and do it well.
