When he was thirteen, an illness turned his life upside down. For a long time, he believed his body had clearly defined limits. It wasn't until later that he understood that healing begins with changing the relationship you have with yourself. Rostislav Václavek talks about his childhood, living with hypokalemic periodic paralysis, relationships, and the breathing techniques that helped him discover a new dimension of physical and mental possibilities.
