Animal Kingdom (2 discs) - Blu-ray + 4K Ultra HD

Doctor Louis Creed (Jason Clarke) moves with his wife and two children from the big city to the countryside, into a large house on the edge of a forest. Within the forest lies a pet cemetery where local children have buried their animals since time immemorial, whether they died naturally or became victims of the busy road that cuts through the town.
While Louis, a doctor, takes a pragmatic view of death as a definitive end, his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz) has huge issues with the topic of death after horrific childhood experiences and, above all, wants to protect her children from the 'awareness of finality'.

When their neighbour, Jud Crandall (John Lithgow), finds Church, their daughter Ellie's cat, lying dead by the side of the road, the parents suddenly don't know what to tell their daughter. It is Jud who reveals to Louis that if they bury the cat in the pet cemetery as soon as possible, they won't have to tell her anything at all.
The cat returns. But a little different. Wilder. More dangerous.
