Anna Karenina (Book Adaptation Edition) - Blu-ray

Anna Karenina (Keira Knightley) lives in a slightly tired marriage to a high-ranking government official (Jude Law), with whom she has a young son, and her reputation among St Petersburg's elite could not be better. On his way to Moscow to visit his brother (Matthew Macfadyen), he meets Countess Vronsky and on the Moscow platform he also meets her son (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), an ambitious young officer. A fleeting meeting is enough to spark a spark between them that soon turns into a fire that neither of them can or wants to put out. They "just" want to make love freely, but the tsarist Russia of the late 19th century is very intolerant of such excesses and knows how to show it.
