One year after the successful suppression of the insurgency in Takistan as depicted in Arma 2: British Armed Forces, the Green Sea region faces a new challenge. As NATO coalition forces draw down, private military contractors are beginning to take the lead in the region. Increased workloads and growing competition among multinational security companies are leading to a scramble for lucrative contracts previously serviced by state military units. Private military firms are now in the spotlight, with their tasks including not only protecting strategic areas but also ensuring stability in a region where the threat of insurgent activity is ever-present.

Ensure the safety of the UN team
Private military company ION, Inc. (formerly known as Black Element) has been awarded a prestigious contract, code-named Black Gauntlet, which gives it the crucial task of providing security for a UN investigative team. The team focuses on reconstructing and analysing information on the abandoned nuclear weapons programme in Takistan. The contract comes at a time when the region still bears the marks of chaos and violence. Given the sensitivity and importance of the mission, it is imperative that ION, Inc. provide highly skilled and equipped troops capable of countering potential threats and ensuring that the UN investigation team can carry out its work without fear for its safety.
STORY
Single and two-player campaigns
A new playable faction, the Private Military Company, is being brought to Arma 2: Private Military Company PC A revolutionary experience that takes players into the world of highly professional military operations. The original single-player campaign is built on a strong storyline and consists of thirteen thrilling missions that explore in detail the operations of private military contractors and their impact on the global security situation. The campaign offers not only intense action and a dynamic story, but also extensive customisation and strategic planning. In addition, a cooperative two-player campaign mode is fully implemented, allowing friends to join forces and coordinate their efforts to complete missions.

Characters have stories
New environments in Arma 2: Private Military Company PC brings an abandoned military test series built on innovative models and textures that add freshness and authenticity to every mission. Players will encounter unique character models, including four characters with unique backstories, and a new head model for Asian identity. Exotic weapons such as the AA-12 and fully modelled XM8 variants add another layer of realism and variety to the arsenal available for tactical operations and combat scenarios.
VEHICLES
Detailed cars are not missing
Arma 2: Private Military Company PC introduces detailed new vehicles such as the Ka-60 Kasatka, Armed Helicopter UAV and Armored SUV that add realistic capabilities to the game world. The improved engine now includes complete ballistics modelling of the shotgun and the ability to play video directly in the game. In addition, new radio protocols have been added to improve communication and coordination during missions.
