Barta Dan, Illustratosphere: Entropicture (remastered) - CD

Twenty years after the original release, the second album of Dan Barta and Illustratosphere is released in remastered form. As the music media aptly described the work at the time: "Entropicture can be likened to a tableau of landscapes or dreams, embodied in song with insight and a sense of delicate tonal balance. Feeling, emotion and reason are balanced in his songs. It will please with the lyrics and musical beauty of Bart's jazzmen all those who were enthralled by their first album, and hopefully it will gain the attention of some extra listeners for the band. They rewarded everyone's patience with Illustratosphere's calm and soothing, musically rich and coherent album, which can already realistically aspire to similar success as its predecessor. ”

Originally a one-off project of Illustratosphere, a valve of authorial and player overpressure of three members of the musical group J. A. R., Dan Bárta, Filip Jelínek and Miroslav Chyška, supplemented by the Robert Balzar Trio and formed at the turn of the millennium, proved to be extremely viable despite a number of personnel changes. The first album, Illustratosphere (2000), was a solid success, winning numerous awards and influencing a new generation of Czech and Slovak musicians. The band currently consists of Dan Barta (vocals), Filip Jelinek (keyboards), Miroslav Chyška (guitars), Robert Balzar (bass and bass guitar) and Martin Valihora (drums).
