Bátor Tábor Foundation Czech Republic

The Bátor Tábor Foundation is a Central European center providing experiential therapy for seriously ill children and their families. So far, we have helped more than 10,000 children and their families at our therapy camps, hospital programs or virtual events. We provide “another kind of healing“ to children struggling with chronic illness. All our programs are free and are organized by the large Bátor Tábor community or dedicated volunteers.

Virtual programs organized in 2020:
- March - now: online Youtube video tutorials on games and how to play games with a therapeutic effect
- April May: 2-hour interactive escape game via Zoom (activity for teamwork of the whole family)
- May - July: regular activities (60 - 90 min) once a week, playing games, playing with LEGO, dancing, singing
- virtual camp (5 days, 4 hours of program per day, various programs, provision of materials), for 17 children with cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy, cancer.
