Beatles: Let It Be (50th Anniversary) (2x CD) - CD

The Beatles come to life again. Fans can look forward to a special edition of Let It Be. Let It Be is the Beatles' twelfth and final studio album. The album was released by Apple Records on May 8, 1970.

Most of the tracks were recorded in Twickenham in January 1969, i.e. before the recording and release of the previous album Abbey Road.

The Beatles originally wanted to record the Get Back album and turn the recording into a film documentary. Stylistically, they tried to return to the simple beat of their beginnings, without additional studio modifications.

But the whole project ended up with several dozen hours of unedited film and music that nobody cared about. This is also the reason why Let It Be was released last after Abbey Road, even though it was not the last album recorded.
