Bieber Justin: Purpose / Deluxe (2015) - CD

For more than three years, Justin Bieber fans have had to wait for his new studio album. In mid-November 2015, we finally got to see it - the Canadian singer released his new album Purpose.

Justin Bieber is one of the most successful performers of the last decade. He has sold millions of albums, has nearly two dozen successful singles and his concert tours are among the most commercially successful. He is also one of the top performers on social media, with tens of millions of fans following him on Facebook and Twitter.

Justin Bieber released his last album in the summer of 2012. The album Believe produced some really big hits (such as Boyfriend, As Long As You Love Me or Beauty And A Beat), but after that the singer went a bit into hiding and we heard about him mainly in connection with alleged drug possession, disturbing the peace or assaulting a photographer.

But Justin didn't slack off and worked in complete silence on his fourth full-length. The album Purpose was released on 13 November 2015 and its basic version featured thirteen songs in total. Of course, the album will include, for example, the recent hit Where Are Ü Now, which Justin recorded with Jack Ü, the joint project of Diplo and Skrillex, as well as the current hit What Do You Mean?, which shortly after its release climbed to number one on iTunes in more than ninety countries.

The Purpuse album, which will be available on vinyl and in deluxe form on CD with three bonus tracks, will be quite rich in guests. Ed Sheeran also contributed to the songs, Benjamin Levin aka Benny Blanco, James Abrahart or the American composer Maejor, Big Sean, for example, guested on individual songs, Travis Scott, Nas or Ariana Grande. These days Justin presents another single from the new album, which is the song Sorry. The dance-oriented song, which was received very positively by fans, was produced by the aforementioned Skrillex.

With his new album Purpose, Justin Bieber clearly confirms that he has completely broken out of the teenage star box, has matured musically and should be seen as a fully-fledged and multi-talented musician in the future.
