Black Sabbath: Paranoid LTD

LP Record Released in 1970, Black Sabbath's album Paranoid is often cited as one of the greatest and most influential heavy metal albums of all time. The album's title track is one of the band's best-known and most-loved songs, and the album itself is considered a classic of the heavy metal genre. Paranoid was the band's second album, following their 1969 debut. Like its predecessor, Paranoid was recorded in London and produced by Rodger Bain. The album cover was created by artist Joe Petagno. The title track was written by guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler, and is based on John Fowles' novel The Collector. The song's lyrics deal with the fear of being trapped and tortured.
