"Use whatever works and survive!"
That's the monster hunters' motto. Benedict is a solitary hunter who counts among his friends and allies most often monsters or ghosts. He is therefore not at all happy when he has to agree to cooperate with the hunting organisation Asylum. But he has no other choice if he is to have any hope of success in his investigation into the murder of an exorcist and the disappearance of a ghost. The case takes him from present-day Prague to Spain and to an encounter with a temperamental huntress bent on revenge.
