Blind Guardian: The God Machine Ltd Pic

LP Record Seven long years after the last Blind Guardian record, "The God Machine" is the eagerly awaited album that closes the gap between their early nineties era and their sophisticated present. It's an impressive album that by no means ignores their recent work, but deliberately pushes complexity and orchestral power into the background. "The God Machine" is the 2022 equivalent of "Imaginations From The Other Side", composed, arranged, and above all, unleashed by a band that has had 27 years to perfect its style. This balancing act can certainly be seen as the direction of their journey. "We didn't just want to emphasise our qualities from 1995, but we certainly didn't want to continue down this complex path forever. 'The God Machine' is a new beginning for us."
