Budweiser Irena: Hold On - CD

Irena Budweiserová says about the album: "The 12 spirituals we've just recorded, two of which have my own Czech lyrics, are, among other things, proof of how life, people, and time influence us, offering a new perspective on the interpretation of this musical genre. I am trying to build on my many years of experience with Spirituál Kvintet, stay true to my own personality, and preserve the energy, hope, and authenticity that have always belonged to this beautiful music. The perceptiveness, sensitivity, broad musical scope, and, last but not least, the amazing technical skill of my fellow musicians are one of the key inspirations that led me to record the CD Hold On."
