He advises in detail, how to care for cacti, how to sow them properly, replant, fertilize, vegetative propagation, including grafting onto the right type of rootstock, also includes a very practical cactus work calendar. The second part of the book focuses on the basic and most commonly cultivated groups of cacti and is compiled in relation to the pictorial part of the book. It is always indicated whether the cactus is suitable for a beginner or an advanced grower. Cactus rarities are also mentioned.
