Cave Nick, Bad Seeds: B-sides & Rarities: Part II (2x LP)

A re-release of the "first volume" originally released in 2005 is now out in various formats, as well as this year's (2021) follow-up compilation "B-Sides & Rarities", which features hard-to-find B-sides of singles and rarities from the Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds catalog and archive.

Singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, actor, screenwriter and writer in one person, it's Nick Cave. Originally from Australia, he formed the band Boys Next Door, which was part of the local post-punk scene. In 1980, the group changed its name to Birthday Party and relocated to Europe. Led by Nick Cave, Birthday Party soon gained a lot of respect and a very good reputation, their concerts were intense and full of emotions. In 1983, the band broke up and Cave formed a new group, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, which reunited him with multi-instrumentalist Mick Harvey and guitarist Blixa Bargeld. The band is now considered one of the most original post-punk and alternative rock bands, and its popularity in our country is also considerable.
