Chain Reaction: a post-apocalyptic novel

The wars that nobody won are over. Most of the planet has been wiped out by nuclear bomb blasts, and where people have survived, the situation is getting worse - hunger, chaos, slavery and post-apocalyptic cults are spreading. Terrible things are happening in the rubble of Prague, but those in power have no desire for change. And certainly not from a man who brings the order of the old days. Plus, if it's a woman. With wild tattoos on her face and people who would do anything for her. On top of that, we are approaching the worst winter since the last war began.
