Christmas in a Scottish village

There is a resort in the Scottish Highlands where you can celebrate Christmas all year round. The decoration is in charge of Holliday, an art instructor who lives there and simply loves Christmas. But the owner decides to sell the dilapidated premises.
Damon, who has the worst memories of the resort, shows serious interest and therefore wants to turn it into a modern hotel.
Holliday sees through his plans and tries to make his stay unpleasant at first. When he fails, he, in collaboration with his colleagues and friends, does everything he can to make Damon love the resort as it is.
Will Damon and Holliday fall in love?
