Climate Anxiety Guide
How to face environmental threats without feeling guilty and powerless
A guide for the "climate generation" explains why and how we need to let go of environmental guilt, resist burnout, cultivate resilience, and keep pushing for climate justice in small steps. The Climate Anxiety Guide is an essential handbook for anyone who takes seriously the environmental threat of our time and struggles to cope with feelings of helplessness and despair. The guide provides guidance not only for them, but also to their families, teachers, mentors and all, who didn't grow up under this threat, but they're standing in front of her just like their children.
"Seek beauty, enjoy the small gifts of life, feel everything, what you can do, through the lens of the blessing, and not the victims, redirect your efforts to the small and local level, collect and create positive stories, stick to your mission bythat you won't try to be more, than you are, take yourself less seriously and stop, so you can take a deep breath and honor the present moment."
