CM Danaj: We met in a good way - CD

Danaj' s dulcimer music is one of the leading Moravian folk ensembles, named after a pair dance from Strážnice. The ensemble was formed in 1988 and has since played in most European countries, China, the USA and even Nigeria. In terms of content, Danaj focuses mainly on the songs of the Dolňácko guard from Strážnice, but sometimes he also delves into Slovak music. “We are one of the musicians who play stylized folklore. Even though I edit the songs, I try not to hurt them when styling. Maybe we are doing well, ”said the ensemble' s dulcimer player and artistic director, Magdalena Múčková.
