Ulrik's a good-looking guy. You probably wouldn't tell he just got out of prison. He doesn't talk much, doesn't have any special desires and doesn't demand much from those around him. He just wants to lead an orderly family life as far as possible.

But it's not easy when his ex-wife is only willing to have one "quickie" at most, his now grown son barely knows him, and he's having a baby with a woman who thinks he's long dead. The only ones who welcome Ulrik without question are his old friends, the local gangsters. They'll get him his first place, a job and a girlfriend. Ulrik starts a new life from scratch.

He lives in a basement, and his first girlfriend's panties wouldn't excite a guy who got life. Ulrik also faces another dilemma: settling old scores. He should escort the man who put Ulrik in jail out of the world. But won't the world be better off without his gangster buddies after all?
