Cuban Missile Crisis: Ice Crusade (PC) DIGITAL

The game add-on Cuban Missile Crisis: Ice Crusade is a standalone expansion for the post-apocalyptic real-time strategy game Cuban Missile Crisis. It continues the story of the original game and brings new campaigns and battlefields on which to test your units. The game takes place in a world that has been changed beyond recognition by nuclear war and is now facing global cooling. This add-on is for PC, and the base game is required for activation on the Steam platform.

A New Story in a Frozen World

The Ice Crusade add-on follows on from the events of the original Cuban Missile Crisis game. The story is set in a world where the Cuban missile crisis escalated into a third world war forty years ago. The use of nuclear weapons changed the planet beyond recognition and the subsequent global climate cooling has made the struggle for survival a challenge. You will take command of your units and face new challenges in a hostile, post-apocalyptic environment.

New Units and Factions

Ice Crusade expands your tactical options with new units and game elements. New campaigns and diverse battlefields will test your strategic skills. The main new features include two new super units, the Convair-49 aircraft and the Tyulpan 240mm self-propelled howitzer. In addition, the ability to play as different factions will allow you to experience the story from different perspectives and use tactics specific to each side of the conflict.
