Dave

The White House is the setting for this political satire full of affectionate and venomous humour. Specifically, the office of the President of the United States. Dave (Kevin Kline), the president's occasional double, is asked to fill in for the president, who has a heart attack while having an intimate romp with one of his secretaries. The Chief of Staff and his aide want to keep Dave in office as long as possible so they can stage a coup of sorts, with the Chief of Staff wielding virtually all the power.
