Dead Man's Company
John's time is up; he can no longer afford to play by someone else's rules. Which means he has to set his own. Is his plan really that crazy?
Being stuck in virtual reality is no fun, but being trapped in the dead body of a non-playable character is something else entirely! Yet, there might be a way out—assuming John can find the Resurrection Scroll. Several months of full immersion in virtual reality may have turned a clumsy walking corpse into a fast killing machine—allowing him to gain the patronage of the Lord of Chaos and even his own crypt—but he's still a long way from the coveted level 100 that would allow him to escape his virtual prison and save his physical body.
The idea of gaining all the remaining points needed in one fell swoop by killing the terrible Lord of Decay... It might sound like an unbelievable escapade, but who else could pull it off if not our dead rogue?
