DEYL, DAVID: Your Signal - CD

The album Your Signal was compiled by David Deyl exclusively from original songs. He wrote all the music himself, in some cases with the help of the album's producer, musician Marcus Tran. The lyrics were written by Deyl's long-time collaborators Magdaléna Drsová and Daniel Leon, Ondřej Ládek (Xindl X), Tomáš Roreček (among others. Kryštof, Chinaski, Langerová), Vladimír Kočandrle (among others. Ok Band, Bartošová) and Jan Dvořák (among others. Muk, Vondráčková). The tracks were mixed by world-famous producer and winner of four Grammy Awards Nicolas Ramirez and mastered by Gene Grimaldi (who has worked with e.g. with Lady Gaga, Sting and Jennifer Lopez). David Deyl also included the hits Má žena, Dvě srdce and Naděje se vráí on the album, which became the centrepiece of the Charity Czech Republic charity collection. The new studio album is the best continuation of its predecessors, with tender, romantic songs alternating with lively Latin-American rhythms.

David Deyl is one of the most outstanding Czech pop singers of today. He has released five successful albums (Hlavolam, Intervention, In Echoes, My Christmas and Melodies of My Heart: Musicals! ). He has won numerous awards. His work reflects his close relationship to Latin American music.
