Pavel Dobeš is one of the most important personalities of Czech folk music. During the previous regime he was one of the "problem" artists because of his work. "Who else could the communists have once ostracized and actually expelled from Ostrava but the only real proletarian of the pre-November folk elite, a singer-songwriter who worked for ten years at the blast furnaces? They got it: attitude, Topic, Dobeš was the salt of his country in his words and speech, uncomplicated, Unsubversive, maladjusted, stubborn, erratic, a small smile on his face, deep melancholy in the heart, " is how music publicist Jiří Černý characterized Dobeš.

Year of reissue: 2022
