Doors: L. A. Woman - LP

The Doors were an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965, becoming one of the most influential groups of the 1960s. The founding members of the Doors were keyboardist Ray Manzarek and vocalist Jim Morrison, who were later joined by guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore.
Their debut album was released in January 1967 under the simple title of The Doors. It featured one of the band's most famous tracks, "Light My Fire", which was also released as a single. Following the album's success, Strange Days was released in autumn of the same year, accompanied by the singles "People Are Strange" and "Love Me Two Times". The Doors went on to record one album every subsequent year. The final album recorded with Morrison was L. A. Woman in 1971, and Morrison died just a few months after its release. The remaining three members continued to tour and release albums without him, but disbanded a year later.
