E. T. - Alien - Blu-ray

A spaceship carrying extraterrestrials has landed not far from the suburbs of Los Angeles. The strange little creatures disperse to collect samples from the surrounding area, but one of them wanders to the edge of the forest. Enchanted by the city lights, it forgets its mission. This means it doesn't make it back to the ship in time and becomes stranded on our planet.

The alien finds shelter in the shed of the nearest house, where it is discovered by ten-year-old Elliot, who introduces it to his siblings. They become friends, but the little creature, whom the children start calling E.T., is terribly homesick and is determined to contact its own kind, whatever the cost.
