Elán: School Party & Missing (2x CD) - CD

In the 1980s, an interesting publishing practice of Opus was to issue English versions of successful Slovak albums for export, especially to the Soviet Union. Today they are interesting period rarities and collector's pieces. During their career, Elán have made 5 albums in English, four of which were released on two remastered 2CD editions in 2006. Interestingly, the wives of the main protagonists of Elán, who are English majors, appear here under their maiden names as the authors of the translations of the lyrics. Nosálová (Rážová) and A. Kšiňanová (Patejdlová).

Václav Patejdl (solo vocal, keyboard instruments, choir), Jozef Ráž (solo vocal, bass guitar, Juraj Farkas (solo vocal, electric and acoustic guitar, Ján Baláž (electric and acoustic guitar, Zdeno Balaz (percussion, percussion), Martin Karvas (solo vocal, keyboard instruments), Gabriel Szabó (percussion)
